Exchange or return
Do you want to exchange the item for the same item in a different size, or do you want to return the item? From the day you receive your order, you have 14 days to revoke the desired item.
What should you do?
Our partner Re:turnista handles exchanges and returns for us.
- Through this link, you can easily indicate an exchange or return your item. Fill in your details, indicate your exchange or create your return label.
- Pack the items in the original packaging, stick the return label on the packaging covering any existing barcodes.
- Drop off your return at a drop-off point near you or opt for the pick-up service (rates can be found below).

Important: It may happen that you placed your order before we switched to Re:turnista's software, as a result of which you cannot exchange or return via the above link. If you want to return something, download the return form here and send it to us as completely filled out as possible, together with the package. Do you want to exchange the item? From the day you receive your order, you have 14 days to revoke the desired item. Download the return form, return the item to us, and place a new order with your desired item. The costs for the purchase amount of the returned item will be refunded as soon as possible, provided it is undamaged. Return costs are at your own expense.
After we have received your return shipment in good order, you can assume that the amount owed by us will be refunded to your account within 14 days. We refund the amount to the account with which the original order was placed.
Received a damaged item?
Did you receive a damaged item? Then, immediately after receiving the package, send an email including photos of the damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the item is indeed damaged due to our delivery, you can either exchange it for a new one free of charge or we will refund the money to the account used for the original order. In this case, you won't incur any return costs.
If you have opted for an exchange, we will bear these costs. In this way, we want to prevent unnecessarily many sizes from being ordered, and with this, we want to reduce the pressure on our logistic partners and the environment.
We have chosen to bear the shipping costs to you. However, if you want to return something, the shipping costs of the return shipment are at your own expense. The costs for a return shipment can be found below:
